receiving payments on a mortgage now? In
other words, if you've sold your
property and are receiving payments for
your mortgage or deed of trust from the

Once we gather all the documents from
you after the quote, it normally takes
two to three weeks. We'll process your
information as fast as possible. However
the title search and appraisal will take
a little longer to process and
unfortunately we don't have any control
over this. It might go faster.
"Do I Have To Pay Any
Fees, Points Or Charges?"
No, there
are no points or charges, and we'll pay
all the closing costs. Nothing will be
deducted from what we offer you.
"What Documents Do You
Need From Me?"
Only a few
and we don't need the originals, only
copies. We'll discuss that with you when
we call you at your appointed time
should you decide to accept our quote.

The title company or attorney that
