Our office hours are between
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST, Monday through
Friday. However, the quickest way to get in
contact with us at any time (including
weekends) is by email. For example, if
you're submitting an online "Worksheet" on a
weekend and would like to speak with someone
in person or maybe you have questions
regarding one of our services, simply
complete the form below including a valid
phone number and one of our courteous and
knowledgeable representatives will call you
shortly.
You can also
call our 24-hour voice mail service and

We'll do our best to return your call as

Here are brief step-by-step
instructions along with conditions for
submitting your paperwork by way of our
24-hour dedicated fax line. This option is
to be used strictly for submitting
worksheets for a quote or for submitting
additional paperwork we require to help
expedite the process of purchasing your

To get started, simply select the condition
which best describes your situation and
follow along with the steps from there.
CONDITION A:
If you've
downloaded and completed a worksheet and
would like to submit it to us for a quote,
here's what you need to do:

folder on your hard-drive. Give the
folder a name such as "Mortgage Note
Folder" or whatever name best describes
the document you wish to submit to us.

scan the completed form and then save it
into the folder you created in "Step 1"
above. This way, you'll have a back-up
copy at hand in case you loose the
original completed document.

fax machine: Fax your completed

free fax services available online but

valid email address or phone number
including area code. This will allow us

This condition applies to both submission of
the online and offline (digital) versions of
the worksheet.

and want to fax the additional required
documentation to us, here's what you need to
