A Quote For From The List Below.

To begin, simply click the appropriate link for the note you wish to receive  a quote for from the following list. If however you'd much rather complete your worksheet offline and then submit it to us via our 24-hour toll-free fax line, please scroll down a little for further instructions.

Mortgage Note Trust Deed Note Land Sale Contract
Business Note Annuity Note Structured Settlement
  Lottery Winnings

IMPORTANT Note:  When you click either the "Mortgage Note", "Trust Deed Note" or "Land Note" links, you'll notice that these links open the same worksheet. Don't be alarmed! This is not a technical problem. Since these notes are similar in nature, you're allowed to submit the same worksheet for these three types of notes. This also applies to the "Annuity Note" and "Structured Settlement" links as well.

Instructions For Receiving Offline (Digital) Versions Of The Worksheets Via Email

This too can be a quick, easy and painless process if you follow the steps as outlined below:

  1. To download a digital copy of one or more of the worksheets, simply right-click on the appropriate link below and select "Save As..." or "Save Target As..." from the context menu that appears. Then select a folder on your hard-drive to store the file. Each worksheet is in PDF format and you'll need to have the Adobe Reader installed on your PC to view and print the document. If the Adobe Reader software is not installed on your computer, you can download and install a free copy of the software here.

  2. Open, print and complete the worksheet. Enter in as much information as possible about your note and when you're finished, fax the completed form to us toll-free at: 1.866.346.2247. We'll pass your information along to our investors and respond within 72-hours or less by phone or email with your quote.

  3. If you require additional assistance or have questions regarding this option, you can visit our "Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)" page here or contact us directly by clicking here.

Here's a listing of the digital worksheets available. Right-click the name of the document which corresponds to the type of note you wish to receive a quote for and select "Save As..." or "Save Target As..." from the context menu that appears. Then save the file to your hard-drive. Finally, print, complete and submit the form to us via our 24-hour toll-free fax line.
