STEP #1: Select The Type Of Note You Wish To
Receive
A Quote For From The List Below.
To begin, simply click the appropriate link for
the note you wish to receive a quote for
from the following list. This will load an
online "Worksheet" for you to complete and
submit to us for your free quote. If however
you'd much rather complete your worksheet
offline and then submit it to us via our 24-hour
toll-free fax line, please scroll down a little
for further instructions.
IMPORTANT
Note:
When you click either the "Mortgage Note",
"Trust Deed Note" or "Land Note" links, you'll
notice that these links open the same worksheet.
Don't be alarmed! This is not a technical
problem. Since these notes are similar in
nature, you're allowed to submit the same
worksheet for these three types of notes. This
also applies to the "Annuity Note" and
"Structured Settlement" links as well.

This too can be a
quick, easy and painless process if you follow
the steps as outlined below:
-

worksheets, simply right-click on the
appropriate link below and select "Save
As..." or "Save Target As..." from the
context menu that appears. Then select a
folder on your hard-drive to store the
file. Each worksheet is in PDF
format and you'll need to have the Adobe
Reader installed on your PC to view and
print the document. If the Adobe Reader
software is not installed on your
computer, you can download and install a
free copy of the software
here.
-
Open, print
and complete the worksheet. Enter in as
much information as possible about your
note and when you're finished, fax the
completed form to us toll-free at:

investors and respond within 72-hours or
less by phone or email with your quote.

There's just one
more thing we need to mention. Please do not

so. These sections are meant to be completed by our
